PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total price within 14 days after booking. The remaining amount is due 6 weeks before arrival.

 

Payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Corona Special:  
If travel is impossible due to travel restrictions, we will issue you a voucher for a different period.

 

Otherwise applies:
In the event of cancellation, a 50% cancellation fee applies from the time of booking to 90 days before the date of arrival.
100% cancellation fees apply for cancellations less than 89 days prior to arrival.

Guests leaving before their departure date will be required to pay for the entire duration of the booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in is not possible until 15:00 on the day of arrival at the earliest.

Check-out is no later than 10:00 on the day of departure.
